Rick and Marilyn Hollander started Hollander Insurance in 1982. Their motto then and still is today is "to always do more than what is expected." In 2021, Jonathan Hutchcroft and his wife, Heidi had the opportunity to purchase Hollander Insurance Agency from the Hollanders. We continue to carry on the traditions of exceptional service while offering first-class companies.

Jeff Kelleher with Hollander Insurance Agency is the absolute best! Whenever we have a renewal, question, or update to make in our policy, Jeff replies and handles things the same day! He always goes above and beyond to get us the best quotes and answers all of our questions. I have recommended him to multiple family and friends, and they too are extremely satisfied with the service he provides! If you want same day turn around with zero effort on your part, he is your guy! Thank you, Jeff, for all you do and continue to do for us!

I have been with Hollander Insurance for over a year now and can’t speak highly enough of their customer service and competitive rates! They offer significant discounts when you bundle home and autos, which saved us hundreds of dollars a year. Their customer service is top notch, as they respond (within minutes) to any emails, changes, etc. I love having a local company that is trustworthy and able to handle policy changes and updates with ease! Highly recommend this company and their team!

I can't say enough good things about the service I receive from Jonathan and his staff. They have contacted me twice in the last 2 years to provide quotes due to my insurance rates increasing. Having A&D and L&H licensing in the past myself, I have higher standards for what I expect from my personal agent. I chose Hollander because they don't treat me like a number that gives them high kickbacks from their underwriters. Ivory towers and 3 piece suits? Not this team - they are more like the people you send a Holiday card to and ask how their kids are doing. Hollander is growing, which means better options for types of insured peoples - and they're growing the right way, with customer service and modern digital tools that so many of the "old boys club" refuse to use.

We switched insurance companies about 4 years ago and while that transition was a great experience with the care the Hollander team took in getting the best rates and making sure we had the appropriate coverage for our needs, the proof is in the pudding when it is time to actually placing a claim. Unfortunately this past summer we had two claims; one for our camper as well as our truck and both were quick and seamless processes including the set up of a rental car. Top notch experience and customer service! I highly recommend this company for both home and auto.
